We process all personal data exclusively in the Czech Republic and are stored on the server of the company in the factory and backed up in the cloud (also in the Czech Republic).

Some carriers may be from other countries, but they are mostly carriers from EU countries where the GDPR rules are set.

6. Retention period of personal data

We keep the data relating to 3.1 to 3.4 for 3 months. Any extended time will be used only to the extent necessary to investigate reported attacks on our site.

We keep the personal data of point 3.5 for 10 years after the end of the business case (ie after all obligations and obligations arising from the contract / order have been settled, eg after the invoice has been paid, during the warranty period, etc.).

Personal information about item 3.6 is kept for 3 calendar days.
